Submissions are due August 1 for the 2026 SITE Crystal Awards — with finalists named later this year and then celebrated in Abu Dhabi next February during SITE Global Conference 2026. Start polishing your entries now, before the August 1 deadline.

Global Conference 2026 hosted buyer deadline
Our 2026 hosted buyer application is open now for incentive planners interested in joining upcoming events — with applications due by August 1 for buyers interested in attending the 2026 SITE Global Conference next February.
Please note that you will need to submit a new application for each calendar year, even if you’ve been accepted as a SITE hosted buyer in 2025 or a previous year.
