It’s a packed powerhouse of a week: so start planning now!
If you want to make SITE part of your IMEXperience during IMEX America this year (with the trade show officially taking place October 7-9, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada), here are two registration dates to put on your calendar.
“As if” you’d dare to miss SITE NITE!
SITE NITE North America is flashing back to the 90s for the 2025 edition of this favorite annual industry event.
On October 6, you can totally kick back with industry friends and colleagues, jam out to live music & DJ sets that promise to “spice up” your IMEX week, and enjoy an evening of getting “NSYNC” with the wider incentive travel community.
Also helping us put a fresh spin on this year’s SITE NITE is our 2025 host venue, the INDUSTRIAL Event Space. Discover the 411 on this hella dope partner, but be warned: they’ll be upholding a strict “no scrubs” policy at the door!
Get ready to dress in your 90s best and brush up on more fly phrases before SITE NITE North America tickets go on sale for members only starting August 11 — with sales opening to the wider SITE community on August 13.
Registration will be hosted in our new mySITE portal, offering a more streamlined experience for members when registering for SITE events.
Inviting incentive professionals 35 and younger to the 2025 SITE Young Leaders Conference
Another staple of SITE’s IMEX America calendar is the autumn edition of the Young Leaders Conference — returning this year to the Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas on October 5.
A full conference program and detailed agenda will be released in conjunction with the conference registration page, which is also set to go live on August 11.
This one-day conference is open to anyone ages 35 and under currently working in the incentive travel industry or interested in this particular part of the wider MICE landscape.
With an agenda largely orchestrated by and for SITE’s Young Leader community, the conference is a great way to make emerging industry connections and continue building out future career aspirations.
Details and an application will also be available shortly for this year’s Young Leader conference scholarship, sponsored by Royal Caribbean, to support new industry voices in attending the event.
