Welcome to SITE Central America Chapter; taking the mantle as the incoming 2023 President for SITE Central America is exciting. I know we are all optimistic now that the world has open up.  I look forward to the fresh start and new possibilities of 2023 and to meeting you all. Let's start by getting to know you; maybe you are a non-member as an individual, business owner, or country leader. We all know that incentive travel industry in Central America has the potential to become one of the most inclusive regions in the global community. Tourism is the lifeblood of many countries in the region. Today's world is ever-changing, and Central America is the center of the report of trends and change. I am proud to report that SITE Central America has not been standing still, the chapter moves full steam ahead with new and upcoming ideas and ideals in mind of where we want this chapter to go. As we move forward, we need to remember our roots and what this chapter has meant to us over our next five years of continuous growth and development. As President, I ask all our members to stand with me and work together toward the growth and development of Central America. On that note, I want you all to know that I, along with the rest of the Board of Directors, will be working together with you as a new and fresh start to 2023.
