As the entire SITE team prepares to deliver a strong finish to our golden anniversary year and begin charting an exciting path for 2024, we’re excited to share a few new opportunities to be part of this global incentive travel team.

SITE will be hiring a new Director of Membership and Chapters. This Director will be responsible for designing and implementing a membership growth and retention strategy that aligns with SITE’s strategic objectives.

To support this Director, SITE is also looking to hire a part-time Chapter Coordinator who will help each chapter align with SITE’s strategic objectives. This Coordinator will field inquiries, identify and update the resource library and maintain data to support day-to-day management by volunteer Chapter Leaders.

Finally, SITE also plans to hire a Director of Education. Reporting directly to SITE CEO Annette Gregg, the Director of Education will lead and advance SITE’s certifications, new LearnHub portal, and general educational programming strategy.
