Come and "SITE" Denver hotels!

This is a very cool event where planners will be able to perform a short site visit of 3 of Denver’s unique hotels, and suppliers will join at the new Rally Hotel – Wynkoop Terrace for some fun networking. Please come out for a “Hotel Crawl” and meet some new SITE friends!

ALL PLANNERS – this is a great way to network with colleagues and perform several quick site visits. We will  be meeting at 3:15 PM on Wednesday, September 14th and walk to three hotels for a short presentation and look at Denver’s newest venues. Please sign up ASAP as there will be limited space for the site tours. Registration is complimentary (with code received with invitation, or email sitemountainwest@gmail.com to request the buyer discount code).

ALL SUPPLIERS - come meet and network with customers and fellow SITE members at The Rally from 4:30-6:30 PM. Your registration will include two drinks and appetizers. The Rally is providing reduced parking at $15.00.

Schedule of Events:

Stop One: The Oxford Hotel – 1600 17th St, Denver, CO 80202

3:00-3:15 pm: Planners arrive and meet in lobby (complimentary parking)

3:15 pm: Tour of the hotel and meet and greet with sales team with a signature drink

3:45 pm: Depart Oxford and walk to the Maven Hotel

Stop Two: The Maven Hotel - 1850 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80202

3:55 pm: Meet with sales team for a 20 minute “must see”

4:20 pm: Walk to Rally

Stop Three: Rally Hotel – 1600 20th St, Denver, CO 80202

4:20 pm: Tour of Rally.  End at the Happy Hour on the Wynkoop Terrace

4:30 – 6:30pm SITE Mountain West Happy Hour (suppliers and buyers)
