Dear SITE Midwest Friends & Sponsors,

Let me begin by offering my gratitude to all of our 2020 members and partners. As it was indeed a challenging year for our entire industry, we made it our focus and our priority to bring our community together. With support of our whole community, we were able to do what we do best – host live and virtual events that connected our members with education, networking, coaching, and volunteer opportunities.

In 2021, we have set some bold goals ahead of us, including bringing back some of our award-winning live events. As event and incentive leaders, we believe it is our responsibility to be the front-runners setting the stage for meeting safely. With support from our board, sponsors, and volunteers, we plan to host live events with the utmost of care and best practices in safety.

We started this with our Hybrid Executive Board Retreat held in Cancun, Mexico, graciously hosted by our partnersat the wonderful Paradisus Cancun. In addition to developing our Chapter’s 2021 initiatives, we gained countless insightsabout bringing a group together safely and efficiently. 

An important part of our initiatives this year will not just be in hosting safe, live events – but in sharing all that we learned so we can prepare our industry for the return of safe travel and events. It’s when we learn and share together that we can become the absolute best leaders in the industry we all exude a deep passion and joy for. 

More than anything else, I know that when we travel, when we connect – we change the world. I can’t wait to see you soon and make big things happen together.
