Boutique by choice and intimate by design, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence’s (SITE) Incentive Summit Americas (ISA) brought an elite group of 120 incentive travel professionals to Beaver Creek, Colorado for four days of networking, education and destination immersion.
Hosted at the iconic Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, ISA fostered connections between buyer and supplier incentive travel professionals, provided thoughtful education with both personal and professional benefits, and showcased the crème-de-la-crème of destination experiences.
“SITE’s Incentive Summit series in Europe and North America has become a ‘must attend’ event for incentive travel professionals in search of meaningful connections, actionable learning opportunities and inspirational destination experiences,” said Kevin Edmunds, Vice President, AIC Hotel Group & President, SITE. “What delegates particularly appreciate is the intimacy of this boutique event, which promotes a unique human-to-human dynamic in a destination that sparkles and shines.”
A key characteristic of the Incentive Summit series is the quality of the educational sessions — and ISA at Beaver Creek was no exception. Day one featured Jeska Brodbeck, President & CEO at Mindful Performance Training. Jeska’s thoughtful presentation challenged delegates to incorporate the principles of flow — practiced by high performing athletes — into their daily work routine. Day two introduced delegates to Andrew Tarvin, who deconstructed the art of humor and explained how to deploy it for personal and business advantage.
“Hosting Incentive Summit Americas at Beaver Creek was an outstanding collaborative effort involving our resort, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek; the DMO, Vail Resorts Meetings & Events; the DMCs, ACCESS Destination Services, Imprint Events Group, a DMC Network Company and RMC DMC; and our event production partners, Inspire. Our collective aim was to showcase Beaver Creek as a dynamic destination, with a wide range of immersive experiences that connect seamlessly to deliver truly rewarding, memorable incentive travel programs,” said Herb Rackliff, General Manager, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa.
Incentive Summit Americas 2023 will take place in Banff & Lake Louise, Canada, from March 16–19.
