Congratulations to SITE Midwest member Riley Allen, recipient of the 2025 SITE Mentee of the Year Award.
Riley was celebrated as this year’s winner at the SITE Young Leaders Conference in Las Vegas prior to IMEX America.
Riley joined SITE’s Mentoring Members program this year to complement her day-to-day role with the ITA Group, and was paired with mentor Jose Navarrete for the year-long mentoring program.
Says Jose, in nominating Riley for this year’s award:
