Nearly 600 responses from 90 countries help shape the future of SITE membership and incentive travel
The global voice of the incentive travel industry came through loud and clear in SITE’s recent Member Needs Assessment. Over a six week period from January through March, SITE received 594 responses from members across 90 countries, highlighting the strength, diversity, and engagement of the global SITE community.
Notably, 43% of respondents were based outside of the United States, reinforcing SITE’s position as a truly international association for incentive travel professionals.
The strong participation reflects the passion members have for the future of SITE and the broader incentive travel industry. Feedback gathered through the assessment is now being evaluated to identify key trends, opportunities, and priorities that will help shape SITE’s membership strategy and member experience over the next three years.
Insights from members will directly influence how SITE strengthens opportunities to connect, learn, collaborate, and grow across the global incentive travel community.
SITE also extends its gratitude to SITE Chapters and volunteer leaders around the world whose support helped drive participation and ensure member voices were represented globally.
More insights and next steps from the assessment will be shared in the coming months as SITE continues building a stronger and more connected membership experience.
