SITE is proud to announce the debut of its exclusive C-Suite Agency Summit, a groundbreaking initiative at SITE Global Conference, hosted in Tulum, Mexico, March 3–6.
Designed as an invite-only event, the Summit brings together senior leadership from North America’s top incentive travel agencies to connect, learn, and shape the future of the industry.
Building on SITE’s longstanding commitment to fostering collaboration, the C-Suite Agency Summit provides a unique platform where CEOs and top executives can engage in candid, high-level dialogue.
With a focus on addressing the most pressing business challenges and opportunities in incentive travel, the Summit promises to highlight the business case for incentive travel while delivering actionable insights to redefine industry standards.
Attendees will enjoy a host of VIP experiences, including luxurious accommodations at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort and premium networking events.
The Summit will feature a series of facilitated discussions and interactive roundtable sessions exploring key topics that include how to reach the business world with the power of incentive travel; organizational structure and growth strategies; issues around recruitment and retention; and operational efficiencies and new technologies.
Annette Gregg, SITE CEO, remarked:
“The launch of the C-Suite Agency Summit marks a pivotal moment for our industry at a time of extraordinary geopolitical change. By uniting the top leaders in incentive travel under one roof, we’re not only setting a new standard for collaboration and innovation but also creating a dynamic forum where groundbreaking ideas can take shape. This initiative underscores our commitment to driving the future of incentive travel and empowering our community to build and bridge cultures in ways that were previously unimaginable.”
Steve O’Malley, Chief Operating Officer of Business Event Solutions for Maritz, added:

Never before have North America’s leading incentive travel agencies convened in this way to candidly address the key trends and pressing issues facing our industry. This Summit will be a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and transformative solutions that will shape the future of incentive travel.”
The Summit is scheduled to take place March 4-6, 2025, with leaders also set to participate in SITE’s broader Global Conference.
