SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) has opened registration for the SITE Global Conference 2026, taking place February 12 to 15, 2026 at The Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The annual gathering brings together leaders from across the incentive travel community to connect, learn, and celebrate the business impact of exceptional reward experiences.
Each year, SITE Global Conference convenes more than 750 incentive travel leaders from both the supply and demand sides of the industry. Attendees can expect meaningful peer to peer networking, the highest levels of education, and a welcoming culture that reflects SITE’s values of inclusivity, curiosity, and shared purpose.
“SITE Global Conference is where our worldwide community comes together to accelerate the future of incentive travel,” said Annette Gregg, CEO of SITE. “As we open registration, our focus is clear, to convene leaders who drive performance through incentive travel. The 2026 program emphasizes insight, application, and results, ensuring every delegate leaves with ideas they can implement immediately. Vitally, the conference will continue to advance the business case for incentive travel using evidence of measurable ROI as well as case studies demonstrating gains in loyalty, trust, and culture.”
Abu Dhabi offers an inspiring backdrop for connection and learning, with outstanding hospitality, modern infrastructure, and seamless access. From culture and cuisine to architecture and coastlines, the destination pairs fresh discovery with effortless logistics, creating the ideal setting for incentive travel professionals to explore possibilities and build partnerships.
Mubarak Al Shamisi, Director of Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau at DCT Abu Dhabi, said, “Hosting the SITE Global Conference 2026 reaffirms Abu Dhabi’s position as a dynamic hub for global business events and incentive experiences. It reflects the emirate’s continued investment in innovative venues, seamless connectivity and exceptional service standards, ensuring every delegate enjoys both productivity and discovery. As we prepare to welcome the SITE community, we are proud to present a destination where meaningful connections, cultural richness and memorable experiences come together to elevate every incentive programme.”
Across keynotes, breakouts, and working sessions, the 2026 conference will explore the forces reshaping incentive travel and how leaders can respond with confidence. It will look at business models in a market tracking toward two trillion dollars by 2032, with practical guidance on managing rising costs, evolving value propositions, and building resilient revenue. The content will address risk and security through a holistic lens, from climate and geopolitics to digital vulnerabilities, to strengthen trust, well-being, and business continuity. It will also treat talent as a strategic advantage, with fresh approaches to attracting, developing, and retaining people across four generations in the workforce.
Technology and purpose will run through the program. Attendees can expect applied sessions on AI, automation, and data that focus on responsible use, real efficiency gains, and deeper personalization while keeping human connection at the center of every experience. Sustainability and responsibility will be embedded across the agenda, as will wellness, with design choices that support physical restoration and mental rejuvenation for lasting impact.
This event is made possible by the support and collaboration of host partners, Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau and The Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.
