Registration opens for SITE NITE Europe 2026 and SITE Young Leaders’ Conference
SITE has opened registration for SITE NITE Europe 2026 in Frankfurt, with registration for the SITE Young Leaders’ Conference opening at the same time, creating a day of education, networking and community-building ahead of IMEX Frankfurt.
SITE NITE Europe 2026 will take place at Depot 1899, a beautifully reimagined 100-year-old tram depot in Frankfurt, on Monday 18 May 2026, as the global incentive travel community prepares to gather for IMEX.
The SITE Young Leaders’ Conference, which takes place earlier the same day at Hotel nhow is designed for incentive travel professionals aged 35 years and under. The one-day event gives emerging talent the opportunity to build connections, gain fresh insight and strengthen their place within the global SITE community. This year SITE is celebrating 20 years of the Young Leaders Program, which has helped emerging leaders build global networks, develop industry knowledge, and shape the future of incentive travel.
“Opening registration for both SITE NITE Europe and the SITE Young Leaders’ Conference reflects the strength of the SITE community and the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for connection at every stage of a career,” said Annette Gregg, CEO, SITE. “Frankfurt gives us a powerful platform to bring people together, first through education and peer exchange during the day, then through relationship-building and business development at SITE NITE Europe. As our members and partners look ahead to IMEX Frankfurt, these events offer an energizing and purposeful way to begin the week.”
SITE NITE Europe is designed to help attendees ignite conversations, foster new partnerships and set the stage for a successful week at IMEX Frankfurt. The evening will bring together more than 500 incentive travel professionals, underlining its role as a high-value gathering for the global incentive travel community.
The Young Leaders’ Conference is developed for young leaders, by young leaders. It offers a focused space for newer professionals to develop their voices, expand their networks and gain practical industry insight.
“SITE NITE Europe has become a vital meeting point for our community in Europe and for international professionals arriving in Frankfurt from around the world. It captures what SITE does best, bringing people together in ways that create genuine relationships and future business opportunities. Opening registration alongside the Young Leaders’ Conference also sends a clear message about the future of our industry. We are investing in connection, in talent and in the continued growth of incentive travel as a global force,” added Hasan Dinc, President, SITE.
