With your member feedback top of mind, we are excited to launch a new & improved online membership portal later this year.
mySITE, our new portal, will replace your current SITEGlobal.com login experience. You will be able to access mySITE starting August 6, 2025.
To give you a first look at mySITE, we’re hosting a members-only virtual open house on July 10 at 10:00 AM CT (RSVP here). We hope you’ll join us for this special sneak peek!
What is staying the same?
Our website will continue delivering timely content and information around both HQ and chapter events, education, scholarships, certification, research, blog & news articles, and more.
Want to know when SITE NITE tickets go on sale? Want to read our latest blog? You will continue to access all of this information on SITEGlobal.com
What’s changing?
mySITE will change how you log into SITEGlobal.com
Your membership portal be delivered on a platform that is purpose-built to deliver a better member and user experience.
Currently, the membership portal is accessible when you are signed into SITEGlobal.com website (your name is in the top right hand corner).
From here you can
- Access your account and membership information
- Renew your membership
- Purchase additional chapter add-ons
- Receive membership notifications
- Access our brand asset library
- Utilize the member directory
- If you are a chapter leader — access chapter reports
We have heard you, and we know the current system does not deliver the kind of seamless online member experience we strive for.
On August 6, your membership will move to the new member portal, mySITE. Your mySITE portal will be accessible from the main landing page of SITEglobal.com (exactly where you see the current black Sign-in button).
With the new mySITE platform, you’ll be able to:
- Register for virtual and in-person SITE events at member rates, with ease — our event registrations in Cvent will now be connected to your membership profile information
- Access the Learn Hub to view upcoming and on-demand webinars, take CIS or CITP online
- Join or renew your membership — and yes, group leaders will now be able to manage rosters online
- Enroll in an automatic membership renewal plan
- Access exclusive members-only resources and content
- Explore the Member Directory and Career Center to build your network and grow professionally
You’ll receive more information from us as our August 6 mySITE launch date gets closer: but a great first step to get ready for this log-in change is to join us July 10 to preview the mySITE experience and get any pressing questions answered by the SITE membership team.
