SITE Bylaws Vote Update
Thank you to the 365 members that helped us reach our required quorum for the bylaws vote, capping off a month of healthy debate and member engagement. There was strong support for both sides of all three issues, and we were proud to the give our membership an opportunity to decide these critical issues. All three proposed amendments failed to reach the required two-thirds approval to pass. Now, the current election process for SITE International Board of Directors members is in progress. Please vote for your preferred candidates before October 9 via the link sent to you. If you didn’t receive the link, please email site@siteglobal.com
SITE election update
The recent proposal to amend SITE bylaw 7 did not pass so this year’s International Board of Directors (IBOD) election will proceed similar to past years’ votes. All members who are eligible to vote received a new individual ballot link earlier this week from ElectionBuddy where you can select individual candidates for three open North American board seats and one open APAC seat. Be sure to vote by October 9! (And contact our team if you need help retrieving your ballot)
