SITE’s ongoing commitment to a diverse community
Diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA) remains a core focus for SITE this year — and for the industry at large, that we are all part of. A more diverse, welcoming industry benefits us all.
As part of SITE’s commitment to DEIBA, we’ve introduced a new member-led community to help us explore why we continue to see inequities in key areas like leadership, wages and hiring, as well as what needs to be done on the systemic, company and personal fronts to provide fair access for all.
This community will work hand-in-hand with SITE’s existing Women in Leadership community, and its work will also complement other DEIBA practices SITE has taken onboard this year. These practices include providing real-time translation via Wordly for SITE educational programs, actively seeking to diversify speakers at SITE HQ-led events, supporting diversity training for senior SITE leadership, and holding all SITE members accountable to the association’s Code of Ethics.

In March 2025, SITE brings its global community to Tulum, Mexico, a destination that seamlessly blends ancient traditions with modern innovation. As we gather in this culturally rich location, we’ll explore how incentive travel continues to build and bridge cultures, fostering deeper connections and collaborations across the world.

New CITP study guide
Launched in January 2025, anyone interested in earning their CITP can purchase our updated study guide designed to help you get ready for the exam. The updated guide is available in SITE’s LearnHub.
Final call for 2025 “Beyond Borders” hosts
Beyond Borders is a quarterly, members-only virtual event offering peer-to-peer conversations for SITE members worldwide.
Hosting provides a chance to build virtual facilitation, public speaking, and content creation skills. It’s also a great way to build your presence within the SITE community.
Any SITE member, at any career stage, is welcome to apply to host.
Join Incentive Summit Europe as a supplier partner
An elite group of European buyers will be convening in St. Moritz, Switzerland from June 29-July 2 for the 2025 edition of SITE Incentive Summit Europe. We currently have a handful of remaining opportunities for global incentive industry suppliers interested in connecting with this bespoke group as part of our 2025 event.

SITE Open House, hosted by SITE Head of Membership & Chapters, Dallas Lyons, is an initiative aimed at ensuring that you as a new member have a place you can go on a monthly basis to connect, learn and discover how to get the most out of your SITE membership.
Save the date: CIS virtual cohort kicks off April 30
Be part of our second 2025 virtual CIS cohort — with self-paced modules and opportunities to discuss material from SITE’s entry-level certification. April and May discussion hours as part of this cohort are designed to suit US-based professionals interested in Tuesday mid-afternoon meeting times and APAC professionals looking to chime in weekly on Wednesday mornings.
