Global Conference 2025 is taking place March 3-6! SITE will bring its global community to Tulum, Mexico, a destination that seamlessly blends ancient traditions with modern innovation. Incentive Summit Europe deadline is Feb. 28
An elite group will be convening in St. Moritz, Switzerland from June 29-July 2 for the 2025 edition of SITE Incentive Summit Europe. Applications are open through the end of February for European-based planners interested in being part of this year’s event.
We also have a handful of remaining opportunities for global incentive industry suppliers interested in connecting with this bespoke group as part of our 2025 event (email our Head of Business Development Samantha Nicastro to learn more).
University career presentation resource
The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) and SITE have partnered to launch the Incentives Workforce of the Future initiative. This groundbreaking effort is designed to introduce the exciting career opportunities within the incentives industry to students at colleges, universities, and academies.
We’ve created dynamic curriculum modules that cover motivational theory, the role of incentives in driving performance, methods for assessing the impact of incentive programs, and a look at career paths within our industry. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to present these modules, sharing your personal experiences and career journey to inspire the next wave of incentives professionals.

Launched in January 2025, anyone interested in earning their CITP can purchase our updated study guide designed to help you get ready for the exam. The updated guide is available in SITE’s LearnHub.
Save the date: CIS virtual cohort kicks off April 30
Be part of our second 2025 virtual CIS cohort — with self-paced modules and opportunities to discuss material from SITE’s entry-level certification. April and May discussion hours as part of this cohort are designed to suit US-based professionals interested in Tuesday mid-afternoon meeting times and APAC professionals looking to chime in weekly on Wednesday mornings.
