Ready to engage new tools and tactics to make your incentive trips even more welcoming?
Hilton’s World’s Most Welcoming Events Playbook provides planners with crowd-tested messaging and tools to make live events as welcoming as possible for all attendees—especially the biggest generations in the workforce, Gen Z and millennials.
Foster a greater sense of belonging among first-timers and seasoned event-goers alike, ensuring guests want to return for future in-person events, using tactics like:
Hosting a pre-con call for attendees so they know what to expect and how to maximize their meeting experiences
Sending menus and agendas in advance so attendees know what they’ll be, eating, and can plan accordingly
Providing packing guidance, including suggested attire guidelines with supporting visuals for reference
Hosting a first-timers meetup for attendees who are new to live events
Placing designated hosts at strategic locations to welcome people and offer venue tours
Designing quiet spaces away from crowded areas, making it easy for attendees to step away when they need a break
Inspiring authentic connections rooted in mutual interest, using conversation starter stickers on name badges at check-in
Offering a takeaway buffet for attendees who prefer to eat solo or need a little quiet time
