Please note: SITE Membership runs on the calendar year (January 1 – December 31). There is a one-time application fee of $50 or €50 on all membership types for new members and lapsed members.

Select a membership category and join SITE

Browse SITE’s available membership categories and select which one best applies to you.
Proceed to create an account in SITE’s member portal, mySITE, to purchase a membership.
Select “Set up an Account” tab.
Enter your email address, password and name you would like to use for the account and click “Set Up”.
After creating your account, you will receive an email from SITE@siteglobal.com to verify.
Click verify in the email and follow the prompts to complete your profile information.
Once complete, navigate to “Membership” in the menu bar
Go to “Join/Renew” to process your application and payment.
You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

Applicants applying in October of any given year will have valid membership through December of the following calendar year.
SITE membership is individual-based and is non-transferable

New and Renewing Group Membership leaders, please contact our team site@siteglobal.com to initiate the join or renew process.

Group Membership is available for a minimum of five (5) full-time employees of the same corporation, company, firm or organisation.

Please note:

Commercial marketing groups and / or consortia of DMCs and hotels do not qualify as vehicles for group memberships, unless and until they have been specifically approved as such by SITE.

Members who join SITE under a group membership are full members of SITE, entitled to all the benefits enjoyed by Professional Members.

There is a $100 charge for any membership transfer within a group membership.
There is a $150 application fee for all new groups.

Who can join SITE?

SITE membership is open to professionals working in or with the incentive travel industry. Whether you manage corporate incentive programmes or represent an incentive agency, destination, hotel, DMC, transportation provider or other industry partner, there is a membership category designed for you.

SITE also offers membership options for professionals new to the industry, students and faculty, retired professionals and organisations wishing to enrol multiple employees.

What types of SITE membership are available?

SITE offers several membership categories to reflect different roles and career stages within the incentive travel industry:

Professional Membership — the standard individual membership for incentive travel professionals
Incentive Travel End User Membership — for corporate buyers responsible for or involved in incentive travel programmes
Group Membership — for organisations enrolling five or more employees
Student / Faculty Membership — for eligible students and educators
Retired Membership — for retired incentive travel professionals who want to remain connected to the SITE community

What are the benefits of SITE membership?

SITE membership combines practical professional benefits with access to a global community dedicated exclusively to incentive travel.

Members receive benefits including reduced rates for SITE events and professional certification, access to SITE’s online learning resources and industry research, and a subscription to the member-exclusive inSITE newsletter.

Members can also connect with incentive travel professionals around the world through SITE’s member directory, local chapters, global events and member communities, with opportunities to participate in — and take on leadership roles within — the SITE community.

How much does SITE membership cost?

SITE membership fees vary by membership category. For 2026, annual fees are:

Professional Membership: $490 / €490
Incentive Travel End User: $275 / €275
Group Membership: $295 / €295 per member, with a minimum of five members
Student / Faculty: $55 / €55
Retired: $55 / €55

A one-time application fee applies to new and lapsed individual memberships and to new Group Memberships.

When does SITE membership begin and expire?

SITE membership operates on a calendar-year basis, from January 1 through December 31.

New members who join SITE in October, November or December receive membership through December 31 of the following calendar year, giving them up to 15 months of membership.

Is SITE membership individual or attached to my company?

SITE membership is generally individual and belongs to the member rather than their employer. Individual memberships are non-transferable.

Organisations that want to provide SITE membership to multiple employees can take advantage of SITE’s Group Membership option.

Does SITE offer Group Membership?

Yes. SITE Group Membership is available to organisations enrolling at least five full-time employees from the same company, corporation, firm or organisation.

Group members receive the same benefits as Professional Members while allowing organisations to extend SITE membership across their team at a reduced per-person rate.

Memberships within an eligible Group Membership can also be transferred when an employee changes. A transfer fee applies.

Does SITE offer membership for corporate incentive travel buyers?

Yes. SITE offers a dedicated Incentive Travel End User Membership for corporate buyers who are responsible for or involved in their organisation’s incentive travel programmes.

This membership provides access to SITE’s global community, research, education, events and professional development at a reduced annual rate.

Does SITE membership include access to local chapters?

SITE has a network of chapters and affiliates around the world, giving members opportunities to connect with the incentive travel community both locally and globally.

Through their local SITE community, members can participate in networking, education and industry events and explore opportunities to volunteer and take on leadership roles.

One primary chapter is included with each SITE membership. Members can add additional chapters for an additional fee every year.

Are SITE certifications included with membership?

SITE’s professional certifications are separate from annual membership, but SITE members receive reduced rates on eligible certification programmes.

SITE’s credentials include the Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) and Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP), providing incentive travel professionals with opportunities to demonstrate and develop their industry knowledge and expertise.

What research and education can SITE members access?

SITE members have access to industry research and educational resources designed specifically for incentive travel professionals.

This includes SITE research and insights, online learning resources and industry education covering the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping incentive travel. SITE’s research portfolio includes the Incentive Travel Index and the inSITEs research series.

How do I join SITE?

Joining SITE is easy. Create or log in to your mySITE account, select the membership category that best fits your professional profile and complete your membership application and payment.

Once your membership is active, you can begin accessing SITE’s member resources, community and benefits.
