The 2027 Hosted Buyer Application is now open

On an annual basis, we accept applications for the following events:

SITE Global Conference, March 1-4, 2027 | Vancouver, Canada (global buyers considered)

Application deadline: September 18, 2026

SITE Incentive Summit Americas, April 6-9, 2027 | Snowmass, Colorado, USA (only US & Canadian buyers considered)

Application deadline: December 18, 2026

SITE Incentive Summit, July 13-16, 2027 | Marrakesh, Morocco (global buyers considered)

Application deadline: March 5, 2027

SITE Classic| August 30-Sept.2, 2027 | Riveria Maya, Mexico (only US & Canadian buyers considered)

Application deadline: April 16, 2027

What attendance offers

SITE is the “I” in MICE and the only association dedicated exclusively to incentive travel and motivational events. All SITE events are built on three foundational pillars – learn, connect, discover – and are designed and delivered as authentic incentive travel programs highlighting the transformational power of reward and recognition initiatives based on extraordinary travel experiences.

All attendees at SITE events, whether they’re buyers or suppliers, hosted attendees or partner sponsors are treated as incentive participants who experience the program as true qualifiers from pre-event communication to post-event evaluation.

While we always endeavour to place you in your preferred program and destination, this application form does not guarantee selection and is subject to a final review. All selections are made to ensure the highest quality program for all participants and partners. Your responses should highlight your role, involvement and impact on direct program spend within your organization.

Do I need to be a SITE Member to apply?

You do not need to be a SITE member to apply, but you will need to create a MySITE account if you don’t already have one.

Who reviews hosted buyer applications?

Each year’s applications are reviewed by an anonymous hosted buyer committee made up of members from SITE’s International Board of Directors and the SITE Foundation Board of Trustees.

How are hosted buyer applications reviewed and scored?

The hosted buyer committee uses a weighted scorecard to evaluate each application. The scorecard considers whether the applicant is a SITE member and past event attendance, and also focuses on overall purchasing power and budgets, examples of previous incentive programs and past references, size of programs, and other business-related criteria.

Do I need to reapply if I’ve been a hosted buyer at previous SITE events?

Yes — anyone interested in attending a SITE event as a hosted buyer needs to submit a new application for each calendar year, indicating interest and suitability for the coming year’s slate of events. If you attended events as a hosted buyer in 2026, for example, you will need to resubmit your details for any events taking place in 2027, using the current hosted buyer application form (linked to above on this page).
