Hosted by our Young Leaders as part of our SITE, Sip & Savor series, SITE Talks: AI is built for meetings and incentive professionals who want to better understand AI, how it is changing our industry, and where it can actually make their jobs easier.
Rather than just talking about AI, we’re putting it to work.
Join SITE Northern California for an interactive afternoon designed specifically for incentive travel and event professionals who want practical ways to use AI in their everyday work.
We’ll kick things off with an industry conversation, then break into three laptops-open workshops focused on the areas where AI can make an immediate difference.
What You’ll Learn
Prospecting with AI on LinkedIn
Led by Andrew Cassidy, Enterprise Account Director, LinkedIn Sales Solutions
Use LinkedIn’s conversational AI search and built-in tools to sharpen your profile, identify the right prospects and create more relevant, authentic outreach. This is a working session, so you’ll have the opportunity to put the tools into practice while you’re there.
AI-Driven Sourcing Solutions
Led by Kelli Kopec, Director, Product Marketing, Cvent
Explore practical, real-world applications of AI in event sourcing and learn how intelligent tools can help increase productivity, improve decision-making and make the RFP process more efficient.
AI Without the Hype: Planning & Production
Led by Natasha Miller, Founder & CEO, Entire Productions
Cut through the noise and look at where AI can actually help event professionals today, including planning operations, creative development and the production of complex programs.
BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop!)
This is not a sit-back-and-listen session. Bring your laptop and come ready to work. Our goal is for you to leave with ideas, tools and workflows you can actually use when you get back to your desk.
Give Technology a Second Life: CSR
We’re also proud to partner with Tech Exchange Oakland, a Bay Area nonprofit working to close the digital divide while keeping usable technology in circulation.
Attendees are invited to bring eligible gently used technology, including laptops, monitors, chargers, tablets and other approved devices. Tech Exchange refurbishes donated technology and places it with families, schools and community organizations that need greater access to digital resources.
Tech Exchange will securely clear all information and data from donated devices as part of the refurbishment process. Please review the Donations Accepted List before bringing your items.
