The SITE Florida & Caribbean chapter was founded in 1994 and has been providing it's members with high quality relevant education, networking events, and charitable contributions to causes in both Florida and the Caribbean Islands. We take pride in our chapter's members and the diversity that our members offer. For years the chapter's Board of Director's have kept our chapter fiscally stable through their business acumen and our amazing sponsors. Being a member of SITE Florida & Caribbean is more that being a member of a power association but a member of our family.

Welcome to the Florida & Caribbean SITE Chapter. We are proud to represent Florida and several of the individual Caribbean Islands as part of the only global network of travel and event professionals committed to incentive travel.

Our members are suppliers and buyers in the Hospitality, Meetings, Events and Incentive Travel industry, ranging from Destination Management Companies, Hoteliers, Meeting/Event Planners, Furniture rentals, Flower vendors, Linen Vendors, Audio Visual providers, Private and Commercial Airlines, Cruise lines and everything in between. Our chapter focuses on enhancing member experiences with on-line and in-person events, education, various CSR and community activities, supplier to buyer networking, mentoring and industry engagement. Through these events we build strong relationships and industry knowledge to help further incentive travel. We constantly strive to meet our member’s needs and show the value of being an affiliate of SITE FL & Caribbean.

2022 President’s Message

2020 and 2021 have been years like no other. Our industry as a whole (suppliers, buyers and support network), was deeply challenged, personally and professionally as working conditions became unstable and very difficult. Todd Mickey (President 2020 & 2021) and his board were able to successfully navigate these challenges, keeping our members focused and updated.

A new year brings 365 new opportunities to begin fresh and in 2022 we have plentiful to look forward to, while we keep rolling SITE Florida & Caribbean goals in line with SITE Global and SITE Foundation, supporting group incentive travel.

Every association is as strong as its members, Site Florida & Caribbean Board has maintained and will continue to maintain its strength and commitment by focusing on growing our membership, increasing educational and networking opportunities, spotlighting members and sponsors, positively implementing sustainable practices and keeping a healthy financial cash flow. In addition to listening to our members bringing the most relevant educational information as well as the latest industry updates.

In addition to Florida, SFC includes 12 Caribbean countries, making us one of the most challenging, multicultural, diverse and cross-generational SITE chapters. Our 2022 board represents the full range of our members.
