For the 2027 membership year, SITE is updating our membership categories to create clearer pathways for professionals throughout their careers.
Introducing the Young Leader Membership
Beginning October 1, SITE will offer a new Young Leader membership category for professionals aged 35 and younger, with annual dues of $300 USD/EUR.
Eligibility will be based on age, regardless of years of experience in the incentive travel industry.
Young Leaders represent nearly 15% of SITE’s global membership and are both the present and future of the incentive travel industry. This new category reinforces SITE’s commitment to developing future leaders and connecting them to our global community.
Young Leader members have access to opportunities including:
- SITE Mentoring Members program
- SITE Foundation scholarships and grants
- Young Leader Conferences at IMEX Frankfurt and IMEX America
- Eligibility to receive the Young Leader of the Year Award
- SITE Young Leader program through SITE HQ and local chapters
- Education, volunteer and leadership development opportunities
- Connections and exposure across SITE’s global incentive travel network
Developing Professional Membership Will Sunset
With the introduction of the Young Leader category, SITE will sunset the Developing membership category, which was previously available to professionals with fewer than two years of incentive travel experience.
For 2027, current Developing Professional members will transition to a membership category based on their age at the time of renewal, regardless of their years of industry experience:
- Age 35 and younger: Renew as a Young Leader member
- Age 36 and older: Renew as a Professional member
This means that years of incentive travel experience will no longer determine eligibility for a SITE membership category beginning in 2027.
ReNEW for 2027 and Save $100
Our ReNEW in SITE campaign launches October 1. Throughout October, members renewing in the Professional or Young Leader membership categories can save $100 USD/EUR on their 2027 membership dues.
